Our customer first strategy for 2019-2021 sets out the Council's intention to put customers at the heart of service delivery; ensuring value for money, flexibility and choice.
We will continue to transform and improve the way we work by maximising the benefits of new technology, smarter 'One Team' working and being customer first focussed and efficient in the services we deliver.
