A) What consideration was given by Hastings Borough Council to the adjacent cul-de-sacs in relation to the allocation of car parking spaces at Hastings Court Nursing Home during the development time bearing in mind "Parking is often the single most emotive issue that can cause concern and distress in a local community"? Please supply copies of considerations.
B) How many car parking spaces were specified by Hastings Borough Council to Hastings Court Nursing Home in agreeing planning permission.?
C) How was this number (B) of car park spaces calculated.
D) How were these car parking spaces allocated in terms of numbers allocated to?
E) Are there any guidelines which the Council must adhere to when considering parking car parking for residential developments including residential Nursing Homes. If so, what are they?
F) Were there any guidelines or ratio calculations which the Council followed when determining the number of parking spaces for Hastings Court Nursing Home. If so, what are they?
G) Please provide copies of all documents, including emails and letters to and from Hastings Borough Council which considers or discusses parking or car parking spaces in relation to the Hastings Court Nursing Home development.
H) What consideration did Hastings Borough Council give to the number of car parking spaces at Hastings Court Nursing Home when the number of beds was increased from the original submission?
