1. A record of road accidents involving council vehicles during the 2015/16 and 2016/17 financial years.
For each accident please detail:
a) the date (DD/MM/YYYY) of the accidents
b) the number of people killed or injured, if applicable (if any fatalities, please state)
c) the department to which the vehicle belonged
d) a description of the accident, if possible
e) the location of the accident, if possible
I would prefer this data to be supplied in soft copy spreadsheet (.xls) format.
