Community Partnership Fund 2017-19
The Community Partnership Fund is intended to support non-profit voluntary and community groups that work for the benefit of Hastings and St Leonards residents. Organisations that meet the criteria can submit applications for funding from the Community Partnership Fund. The deadline for applications is 12 noon on 11th November 2016.
The council has adopted a new approach to delivering the CPF Programme, which involves grant commissioning services from the community and voluntary sector for specifically identified outcomes.
The council wishes to prioritise services for the most vulnerable in our community, recognising the need to maintain a basic level of support at a time of public sector cuts.
Following consultation with the community and voluntary sector, the council have identified 5 priority areas for the programme. Broad specifications are provided for each of these service areas below:
- Housing, legal, welfare and debt advice
- Domestic violence support
- Provision of advice and support to community organisations (voluntary sector infrastructure support)
- Rough sleepers outreach support
- Advice and support to migrant and newly settled communities.
