Accommodation available: Meeting room on the ground floor for 12 to 32 people at £9 per hour for HVA members and £15 per hour for non-members/statutory. 2 interview rooms on the ground floor for 2 to 3 people at £5 per hour for HVA members and £10 per hour for non-members/statutory. On the first floor there is a meeting room for 4 to 8 people at £7 per hour for HVA members and £12 per hour for non-members/statutory. A lift services the first floor.
Catering: The charges include refreshments such as tea and coffee. Groups that hire a room can also make use of our equipment for free (subject to availability) including a flipchart or digital projector.
There is an additional charge for bookings that take place outside of Hastings Voluntary Action's office hours subject to staff availability.
The building is fully accessible and parking may be available for people with mobility difficulties - please call HVA to check availability.
Equipment can be hired out at the following costs:
Digital Projector - Members daily £20. Non-members £40. Deposit cheque: £250 Display Boards - Members £10 1st day £5 each extra day. Non - members £15 no deposit required.
We also offer a Mailbox Service to HVA Members as part of their virtual office. The cost for this service is £60 per year. Contact HVA for further information and availability.
