We work with our clients to help them identify and complete relevant training or education and to help them find good, well paid jobs.

Examples of our casework includes:

• Skill identification
• CV writing
• Interview preparation
• Working with our clients to identify and attend relevant training
• Referral onto specialist partner projects, e.g. business development for entrepreneurs.

We also have access to funds to support apprenticeships.

We also work with people once they've found employment to help make any changes to their Universal Credit claims, and ensure people have the knowledge to budget and manage any changes in their finances.
