Welcome to the website for Connecting Hastings and Rother Together (CHART) Community Led Local Development (CLLD), a local grants programme which supports the social and economic development of the most deprived areas within Hastings and Bexhill.

CHART has access to European Structural Investment Funds (ESIF) which can be used to part fund projects that bring a fresh approach to tackling deep-rooted problems within these deprived areas.
