Stade Saturdays are free performances that take place at the Stade Open Space on the seafront from June until October.
Margate Film Screening
This Saturday's show has been postponed due to the forecast of rain and high winds. It will be postponed until the 7th of September.

BERC presents: Stone and Sand: A collaboration between Coastal Currents and Margate NOW in an exchange and sharing of work. BERC will curate a Margate Film programme to screen as part of Stade Saturdays ahead of the main festival.
The "Nearly on the" beach concerts
When: 03 & 04 August, 1pm - 8pm
Live bands & DJs playing both days to raise funds for Hastings RNLI, Pett Level Rescue & Sea Cadets. Rock & Roll Breakfast on Sunday 10am-12.30pm. Grand Carnival procession as part of Old Town Carnival Week
When: 10 August, 5pm
This year the theme is "Out with the Old and in with the New".
- 4pm: Assembly starts in Rock-a-Nore Road.
- 4.30pm: Registration for judging closes.
- 5pm: Parade starts.
Judging takes place during the parade, where you will be judged not only on your costumes and/or float but on how you entertain and engage with the spectators and interpret the theme.
Strictly Stade Saturday with Dance Hastings and Hastings Salsa
When: 17 August, 2pm - 9pm
An inclusive, family friendly participatory dance event. A series of free inclusive, family friendly classes and opportunities for social dancing and wheel chair dance. No need to bring a July partner, volunteer dance buddies will September be on hand.

A day of Ballroom, produced by 18 Hours Events
When: 24 August, 2.30pm - 5.30pm
With music by Simply Swing, one of the UK's biggest live swing bands. Take part in ballroom dance workshops with Ballroom Glamour, watch regional /national ballroom champions and Para Dance UK Dancers as well as get your own dancing shoes on for a twirl or two. Dancers and watchers of all abilities welcome!
Coastal Currents Does Stade Saturdays

Seafood and Wine Festival
When: 14 and 15 September, 11am - 6pm

Hastings Storytelling Festival - Children's Day and Carnival Parade
When: 06 October, 12noon - 4pm
The only festival in town created for children and 100% free. Settle down to top quality storytelling from Pickled Image with their new show, Grandad's Woodland Tales, be mesmerised by the beautiful Mermaid from Show Globe and enchanted by Bambolina from Circle of Two. This year's theme is Flights of Fancy. Come and join in the fun!
Hastings Bonfire Night
