With plans as ambitious as ours we need an outstanding workforce, committed to our goals and priorities and with first-class skills to help us achieve them.

Staff at Hastings Borough Council make a positive difference every day in many different ways through formal cross-department project teams and working groups and we share ideas at regular get-togethers.

We do our bit in the community too; especially on Make a Difference Day, but many staff make a contribution throughout the year by volunteering outside work or as part of their job; helping out at community events or involving residents in Council decisions.
