We aim for this service to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

However, we may occasionally need to interrupt the service in order to carry out necessary maintenance.  We make sure any necessary interruptions to the service are notified in advance on our home page, and are planned with the aim of avoiding unnecessary inconvenience to users.
