Our Summerfields, Hillcrest and Falaise sport and leisure centres are managed by Freedom Leisure.
From November 4, 2005 Freedom Leisure took over the running of our sport and leisure facilities. The future looks good for sport and leisure in Hastings. Quite a few improvements have been made to enhance the facilities we already had.
At Falaise Fitness Centre a major refurbishment has taken place, including a new café bar, £140,000 of new fitness equipment, and a cardio theatre. There have also been improvements made to Summerfields, including refurbishment work in to the café and reception area.

Falaise Fitness Centre is the largest fitness centre in town, offering a range of membership and pay as you go options. The Centre offers exercise and fitness facilities, weight training, circuit training, and sunbeds. In addition professional instruction and personal fitness programmes are available for every member. There are so many extras too, like reflexology, aromatherapy, Indian head massage and sports massage.
The centre has had a recent £250,000 makeover and now includes a brand new cardiovascular and resistance machines and a cardio theatre that allows members to listen and watch their favourite TV channels while exercising.
