We have been working with local retailers, Town Centre Management, Sussex Police and others to boost the evening economy in Hastings town centre.
The focus is on the early evening, and making the town centre more attractive for families and older people by providing later shopping, free parking and street entertainment.
The project encourages private investment in the evening economy and helps create new jobs. The town centre's evening scene has been further improved by the opening of five new restaurants since the project launch.
