The Authority provides a number of public conveniences throughout the Borough and is responsible for maintaining and keeping them clean.

Summer period: Easter - 30 September
Winter period: 1 October - Easter unless otherwise stated.
Harold Place and Pelham Place Toilets are attended by the same staff who will alternate between the two sites hourly, male or female facilities are attended at all times. Lifeboat and Rock-a-Nore are similarly staffed.
All public conveniences are cleaned at least once a day. Where toilets are cleaned twice daily the first clean should be completed by 10am and the second clean should not commence before 2pm.
Disabled and baby changing facilities are provided as indicated. A Radar key is not required to access baby changing facilities.
