The government is rolling out a standard planning application form for use across all English planning authorities.
From October 2007, the National Standard Planning Application Form (1APP) will become the only official method of submitting a planning application for most types of consent for all Local Planning Authorities in England. Here in Hastings we intend to switch to the new application forms during the summer.
If you apply online for a development in Hastings the forms used by the Planning Portal will change at the same time. You will also be able to download the new forms from the Planning Portal if you prefer to print them out and apply by post, and we will be also have copies available in our office.
