Every year Hastings Borough Council gives Hastings residents many opportunities to influence the way it delivers services and the targets it sets for itself. These opportunities include the annual Citizens' Panel and frequent consultations on a wide range of issues. Hastings Borough Council gathers all of this information and feedback from Hastings residents and uses it to shape the Corporate Plan, a complex document that outlines its targets and priorities for the coming year. It's important that Hastings residents have an immediate and easy way of seeing how well Hastings Borough Council is performing against the targets they helped to define. This information can be found in Part Three of the Corporate Plan which shows, in great detail, whether targets have been achieved or not achieved.
