Hastings Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) Terms of Reference: Executive Delivery Group (EDG)
The EDG coordinates action to make Hastings and St Leonards better, within the strategy and priorities of the LSP Board.

Role
- Develops closer working relationships, pooling of resources and mainstreaming of initiatives by key partners. Reports to the Board.
- Performance manages theme partnerships in their delivery of Community Strategy targets.
- Performance manages area and neighbourhood partnerships in their delivery of Neighbourhood Renewal Strategy targets.
- Takes action to address issues and apply policies that cross theme or geographical boundaries; or to address major events, emerging issues and changed circumstances.
- Manages the relationship between the work of the LSP and county and regional organisations/strategies, including the Local Area Agreement.
- Promotes the protocols and standards set by the Board.
- Monitors the spending of funds allocated to the LSP.
- Co-ordinates work between the partnerships and strategies of Hastings, Rother and East Sussex.
- Oversees and co-ordinates consultation exercises.
