Being frontline staff in this picturesque location you will have experience of working with the general public and of cash handling and related administration.
Adherance to Health and Safety regulations are paramount for this role as is a good general fitness level and mobility due to long periods of time on foot.

Sector Development Project Officer

£22,221 to £27,051
Fixed term until 31 March 2011
37 hours per week

Your job will be to help develop, sustain and promote local enterprise and employment in the cultural sector (tourism, retail, leisure, hospitality, and arts/creative industries) of the town.  You will support a range of culture-based economic development projects, and deliver initiatives to assist local businesses in this sector.
You will work closely with economic development officers, as well as businesses and other organisations. You'll have practical project management experience, delivering within budget and to deadlines.  You will be business-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
