Castle Assistants: 1 x full time; 2 x casual

Post Reference: 309

£7.54 per hour

You'll work as part of the team operating Hastings Castle as a safe attraction to visitors.  You'll have cash handling, stock recording and control experience, and knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures.  You'll have a keen interest in this historic attraction and have good communication skills with previous experience in a customer facing role.  The postholder will be required to work weekends and bank holidays.

Housing Options Officer (Prevention of Offender Accommodation Loss)

Post Reference: 305

£21,936 - £26,706 p.a.
Fixed term 1 year contract

Having been successful in winning funding to develop pathways for offenders leaving Lewes Prison and returning to the community, we are looking for someone with a good working knowledge of the issues that offenders face at the end of their sentence or if released from remand.
You'll play a major part in breaking the chain to assist a person back into the community and have a clear vision of what needs to be done to achieve a high level of customer care.
Previous experience of working with offenders would be an advantage.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and is subject to a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) Disclosure check.
