Introduction

We have an adopted Housing Renewal Financial Assistance Policy.

Due to the level of Government budget cuts that have affected the Council, we are unable to offer any further financial assistance to improve housing and living conditions in the town.  This affects all the assistance we offer under the Financial Assistance Policy with the exception of grants for disabled facilities and improving your house.
