We are working hard to identify empty homes across Hastings and St Leonards, and bring them back into use.

We actively search information held internally such as Council Tax records, housing benefit and the electoral register, and this has brought a large number of properties to our attention.  However, we also need the support of local residents and businesses if we are to obtain a true picture on the actual number and location of empty homes in the borough.

If you suspect any residential property within the borough is lying empty, please use our online form to notify us of the property address.  You do not need to provide any of your personal information, unless you wish to, and the details you provide will be sent to us anonymously.
