Introduction
Empty properties are a great waste - especially at a time when there's a shortage of affordable housing in Hastings and St Leonards. If you're sitting on an empty property that, with a little work, could be the perfect home, then we can help you bring it back into use through our housing grants programme.
We estimate that there are approximately 800 privately owned empty properties in the town and we've been working with many owners to bring those properties back into use.
