Deductions will be made from your Housing Benefit or Local Housing Allowance if your rent includes charges for:

• Heating (personal)
• Lighting (personal)
• Hot water (personal)
• Fuel for cooking
• Meals Cleaning
• Laundry
• Leisure items
• Water charges

We will not make deductions if your rent includes charges for:

• Communal cleaning
• Communal heating
• Communal lighting
