The HALo Vacancies Referral Service

Landlords of accredited properties must notify the accreditation officer when one of these becomes available to rent.  Basic details concerning the location, size of property, rental and landlords contact number are referred onto Hastings University Centre, Hastings and Rother Bond Board/Bank and large employers in the area, who then notify employees.  HALo tries to accommodate everyone from Students, Homeless, Young persons, families, those reliant on benefits and those employed.

This is however only a referral service, and the selection of a tenant will rest with the landlord or managing agent of the property.
