Budget 2002 - 2003 (financial year ended 31 March 2003)

- these provide the detailed reports to the Council's Cabinet and the minutes arising from those meetings followed by the Council's approval to the budget.
- Management Budget
- this section contains a summary of the Council's revenue and capital expenditure and how these are financed. It also shows two of the major reserves that are utilised, new initiatives and how the Council Tax is split between the Borough Council, County Council and the Police Authority.
- Heads of Service Revenue Budgets
- each Head of Service has responsibility for an area of the Council's activities. The summary budgets for individual Heads of Service are shown here.

- shows details of the Council's planned capital expenditure over the next four years.
