Onwards and Upwards (ages 45-105)
Gardening can be a healthy, exciting, creative way of getting your daily dose of physical activity, regardless of your age. You don't need to own your own garden to come to this session, you just need to have a passion for gardening. Tools are provided but bring your own gloves and wellies. Come and meet like-minded people to discuss gardening issues, share and learn gardening tips, hear guest speakers and put your gardening skills into practice.
