Welcome to Hastings Online

Christmas comes to Hastings and St Leonards

Hastings Castle

The festive season gets into full swing this week with St Leonards Christmas Market on Saturday 6 December and Late Night Shopping on Friday 19 December.

Details of Christmas and New Year Rubbish and Recycling collections have now been published and don't forget that once again this year, you can take your real Christmas tree for recycling from Friday 26 December.

Most Council offices will be closed from Wednesday 24 December and re-open on Monday 5 January 2009.  Please contact Hastings Information Centre for details of all office closures over Christmas and New Year.
