The Big Conversation
Like every other public sector organisation, in the next few years, we'll be making some tough decisions about which of our services should be maintained and which should be cut.

Big Conversation summary of ideas and comments submitted
The first phase of the Big Consultation closed on the 31 October 2010 and initial findings were reported to the Council's Cabinet on the 06 December.
Details of these findings are available in the meetings, agendas, reports and minutes area of the website.
Those comments and ideas (qualitative data) received during the Big Conversation have now been analysed and are summarised under the following themes:

- Greener/Healthier
- Jobs/Learning
- Community/Leisure
- General HBC Reductions/Savings/doing things differently
- Council Salaries/Expenses
