Introduction

In this area you can find out what we want to achieve over the 3 years up to 2013/14.  Our plans reflect local and national issues and were developed with local people and our partners in a wide ranging consultation.  You can also see how we set annual priorities to make sure achieve those plans.

We will keep finding ways of reducing our costs further, improve our efficiency and maintaining good quality services.  We will keep offering local people the opportunity to influence our decision-making and how we deliver our services through regular consultation.

Tackling climate change and making Hastings more environmentally sustainable

Priority 6:

Establishing a culture of openness and transparency about everything the Council does, enabling local people to hold us to account.
