The Council's Corporate Plan for 2007/08 - 2009/10 is made up of 3 parts:

Part I - Corporate Strategy (.pdf 88KB) sets out the strategic direction over the next three years to the end of 2009/10. It sets out how we will ensure that we successfully address our priorities, meet the needs of our communities, and ensure we have a strong dedicated and motivated workforce to deliver the long-term goals of the Community Strategy.
Part II - Annual Plan 2007/8 (.pdf 1716KB) is our work-plan for 2007/08 upon which you can judge our performance.
Part III - Corporate Plan details what we achieved and how well we performed against our target. It is divided into Part III A) and B).
Part III A) - Corporate Plan (.pdf 102KB) details retrospective performance against targets in the Local Performance Plan 'Stability and Progress' 2006/07. The layout is structured accordingly.
The following appendix details Performance Indicator data for 2006/07 and targets for the next three years. Information in Part III B) is separated into the four directorates of the Council.
Part III B) contains statistical data, therefore the information is presented in two formats, according to which users find more useful to access.
