Corporate Plan Consultation: 22 January - 18 February 2008

Please note: This consultation is now closed.

From 22 January to 18 February 2008 the Council will be consulting on its Corporate Plan 2008/09 - 2010/11.

The Plan consists of three parts:

• Part I outlines our strategic objectives for the next three years
• Part II outlines our annual targets for 2008/09
• Part III which contains 3 year performance targets and a retrospective report on performance in 2007/08 (to be published by June 2008)

To view a draft copy of Parts I and II of the Corporate Plan please read the Cabinet papers for Monday 21 January.  Please also refer to the Minutes of the Cabinet meeting - No. 97 and 98 particularly - to view the additional items that the Cabinet agreed should be included for consultation.
