Community Safety Survey: August - October 2007

Please note: This consultation is now closed.

The Safer Hastings Partnership is committed to reducing crime and the fear of crime in Hastings and St. Leonards.  The Crime and Disorder Act 1998 places a responsibility on the police and local authorities to work together with local people to identify crime and disorder problems and develop a strategy to tackle these issues.

Progress is carefully monitored.  Residents, businesses, community groups and agencies are invited to give their views to establish community priorities and set targets for the future.  This year’s Survey is available to fill in online: www.saferhastings.co.uk/fear.htm and will appear in the Hastings Observer on Friday 31st August and Friday 14th September.  Respondents who fill in their name and contact details will be entered into a prize draw to win £100.

Closing date for participation in the Survey:  31 October 2007
