Pelham Place is a very popular surface car park located on the A259 on Hastings sea front between the Pier and the Old Town, with direct access to the beach.  The charging method is Pay and Display and there are three Pay and Display machines located within the car park.  Public toilet facilities are located adjacent to the entrance.

• Up to 1 hour:  £1.10
• Up to 2 hours:  £2.20
• Up to 3 hours:  £3.00
• Up to 5 hours:  £5.00
• Up to 10 hours:  £6.00
• Up to 24 hours:  £6.50
• Overnight:  £1.00
• Motorcycles:  £1.10
