With effect from 01 April 2013, all On-Street parking matters will become the responsibility of East Sussex County Council, including all Pay and Display machines, permits for On-Street parking and the issue and enforcement of Penalty Charge Notices.

NSL Services will enforce the the On-Street parking restrictions on behalf of the County Council, as they do in Eastbourne and Lewes.

All Off-Street car parks, including associated Pay and Display machines, season tickets and Penalty Charge Notices in Hastings remain the responsibility of Hastings Borough Council.
