4-Seasons Yoga Festival
The 4 Seasons Yoga Festival invites you to spend a winter's day at the stunning seafront location of Azure Pavilion. Practitioners from London, Cambridge, Cornwall and Seaford will be leading a 3 hour morning Asana session followed by an afternoon workshop and meditation session.
10am to 11.30am: winter's strength and stamina session
11.30am to 1.15pm: warming Vinyasa flow
2pm to 3.30pm: moving from the winter fire
3.45pm to 5pm: mantra and meditation
