Team Leader: Housing Enforcement

Reference: 528

37 hours per week (includes 10% market supplement)
Salary: £34,277 to £40,343 per annum (plus car benefits package worth £1,740)

In order to secure a healthy and safe living environment for all you will manage the Housing Enforcement and Disabled Facilities Grants Team.
Duties to include the direct supervision of staff in the inspection of properties, advice, enforcement, education, financial assistance (including Disabled Facilities Grants). Postholder will have own caseload.
You will have a degree or equivalent qualification in Environmental Health and be a member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. Working in Housing Environmental Health for three years plus with proven experience of leading a team.
