Casual Sports and Playworkers
Salary: Between £7.87 and £15 per hour depending on qualifications
Fixed Term Posts
You'll work as part of a team to help increase local children and young people’s access to quality play opportunities and/or delivering community sport coaching sessions about the town.
A minimum qualification in CSLA or equivalent is desirable as is the need to be an excellent communicator and an engaging, enthusiastic team player. As well as the above we are also keen to hear from level two coaches, aerobics instructors and fishing instructors.
You'll work at various summer community events, setting up and clearing away play resources and encouraging children and their families to take part. You'll have experience of working with children and understand the importance of play. You'll be reliable, flexible and keen to learn new skills.
For both jobs you must be prepared to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
