Going Out

St Leonards Warrior Square train station has a small car park. There is a level entrance to the station and the platform for westbound trains. There is also an easily accessible disabled toilet in the main booking hall.

(The eastbound platform is accessible via the bridge but there is a steep flight of steps). Should you arrive on the eastbound platform, you can only reach St Leonards via a very steep hill onto either London Road or Chapel Park Road.

Although there are several pubs and cafes around the town, they all have at least one step at their entrances.

St Leonards is quite steep coming away from the seafront. The paving is narrow and uneven. There are tactile crossing points in London Road and Kings Road. There is one public toilet facility with disabled access on the prom, opposite Warrior Square.

The only truly accessible venue which has disabled toilets is:

  • Marina Pavilion - Tel: 781144 - Marina, St Leonards-on-Sea
