Two single adapted bedrooms on the ground floor. Large car park with disabled parking bays. Ramped entrance. Large rooms with plenty of space.
Adapted bathroom with low bath sides (although the shower heads are quite high). Food and drink available from the seperate pub/restaurant Brewsters on the first floor. Lift available to Brewsters, which has moveable tables and chairs and disabled toilets.
One adapted bedroom. Small car park with level entrance. Large bar with high counter and moveable tables and chairs. Restaurant with moveable tables and chairs. Accessible function rooms. All bedrooms on main level are large but with small bathrooms.
Small car parks around the site, some with disabled bays. Reception at entrance with low counter. Narrow walkway from reception to plaza (main area)
Plaza: Level entrance into all facilities except the swimming pool. Theatre with wide alleys and moveable table and chairs. Low counters at the bars. Shop has wide alleys. Small disabled toilets next to food area.
The food area has high counters and fixed tables and chairs. Mini bowls has step onto the play area. Ramped access to bar which has high counter and steps to restaurants. Disabled toilets available next to the bar area. Arcades are accessible to wheelchair users, although most machines are not and the alleys are narrow.
Both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are accessible to wheelchair users from behind the building through the fire exit. A ramp is placed over foot pool to access indoor swimming pool. This pool has stepped entrance into it, and a maximum depth of 1.3 metres. The outdoor pool has a sloped entrance into it.
Lifeguards are always on site to help if needed. Disabled toilets are located in both the men’s and women’s changing areas. These are quite small cubicles.
Meadow Bank Centre: This has its own car park and is accessible from side fire door entrance. Kids play area is level with play equipment not accessible to wheelchair users. Arcade and snooker room is accessible with wide alleys. Food counter is high and there are steps to the tables. The bar is accessible with a low counter at one end. There is a step onto the balcony and the tables and chairs are fixed.
Sports Area: This has its own car park with access to the sports field. The all weather pitch is easier to access via sports field due to it having steep narrow path from the road. The bowling green is accessible via a narrow path with small gate. (This makes it difficult for wheelchair users). 9 hole pitch and putt golf course is accessible to wheelchair users, although the path is again narrow and quite steep. The golf course is on a slight hill. There are 6 accessible caravans with ramped entrance.
