Introduction

The documents available for download below represent the consultants' findings from the Access to Hastings multi-modal Study.  The documents comprise the Final Report, and Appendices to the Report.

The Terms of Reference for the Study were to 'develop a sustainable and integrated strategy for access to and within the Bexhill and Hastings area, to promote competitiveness and the achievement of regeneration objectives'.

The output required of the Study was to recommend to the Regional Planning Body a prefered transport strategy for achieving the access improvements and to provide recommendations to the transport and planning authorities and agencies on the delivery of this strategy.
