Where will you be on 21 June? Well, if you fancy a grand day out celebrating the newly restored St Leonards Gardens, you'd be most welcome.
After our special guest, gardener and writer Roddy Llewellyn arrives at 11am to officially declare the gardens re-open, a whole host of activities and fun are planned for the rest of the day, culminating in an outside film screening in the evening.
The Burton-designed gardens have undergone a transformation in recent months, thanks to a substantial grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund.
Come down and help celebrate the re-opening of this jewel in the crown of St Leonards.
After our guest officially opens the garden and has a look at some of its highlights, there will be activities for children and adults, stalls to browse round and of course the perfect excuse for a picnic. Meet the team responsible for its upkeep and have a chat with the Friends of St Leonards Gardens.
Sadly, we can't predict the weather but we have made some wet weather contingency plans.
