And we don't shut for lunch - make the most of the Old Town Information Centre

The Old Town Tourist Information Centre is now open seven days a week until the end of October.

The new opening hours are:

• Monday to Saturday: 10.30am - 5pm
• Sunday: 10.30am - 4.30pm

The Old Town Tourist Information Centre (TIC), opposite The Stade Coach Park, is not only for the benefit of tourists.  We offer many of the same services that our main centre in town already offers residents and we have decided to expand our services, so if you need:

• Car Park permits
• Visitor permits
• Day Saver tickets
• Megarider tickets
• Pink recycling bags (if you haven't a green bin)
• National Express booking
• Bulky waste collections
• Garden waste scheme (order brown bins)
• Refund for obsolete green garden bags
• Pick up application forms for bus passes or to be included on the electoral roll
• Pick up bus or rail timetables

Or even if you just want to contact a council employee on our free phone, why not pay us a visit and avoid the queues you sometimes get at peak times in our main centre.

That's not the end of this useful resource. Drop in to book tickets for the Stables Theatre, the Phoenix Centre, Eastbourne or Bexhill theatres as well as London theatres.  You can book coach tours, ferry crossings and even holidays and hotel accommodation, for home as well as abroad.  You might even fancy booking a Euro star or Le Shuttle ticket or even a flight from Lydd or Easy Jet.

We still accept cheques and all major credit cards and are easily accessible for all users.  The same professional staff, who operate our main centre, work in the Old Town centre and will be pleased to assist and help you get the best from the many varied services we offer.

The Hastings Information Centre, in the middle of town, is open everyday throughout the year (except Christmas and Boxing Day).
