Coastal Currents Arts Festival

Now in its 7th year, the festival has become the showcase cultural event in the Hastings calendar. One of this year's highlights will undoubtedly be 'Souterrain' from Wildworks. For info: www.coastalcurrents.org.uk

7.30pm at St Matthew’s Church, Silverhill.
A gala concert with Opera South East. In aid of Hastings, Sierra Leone. Tickets are £10 from Pathway Books, Robertson Street and include a finger buffet.

Hastings Seafood and Wine Festival

23 – 24 September
Whatever your tastes, there should be something for everyone at the town's first major seafood and wine festival, taking place at Hastings' historic fishing beach, The Stade.

Hastings & Rother Family History Society - 20th Anniversary Fair

Sunday 8 October
Horntye Park Sports Complex, Bohemia Road, Hastings
10am - 4.30pm
Guest speakers include two well known TV genealogists, Dr Nick Barratt & Anthony Adolph.
Also Michael Gandy & Iain Swinnerton. There will also be other family history societies present and many other family history related stalls.
Talks are £2 each. Entrance to Fair £2 Any two talks plus entrance to the fair £5 if purchased in advance.
