September 3 to October 2 - Coastal Currents 2005:
With its wide-ranging appeal and diversity of style, method and materials, this exhibition is part of the Coastal Currents Arts Festival 2005.  The participating artists this year include Jill Hartman, Dave Bastin, Bill Day, Brian Renshaw, Jean Howell, Ray McChrystal and David Newman.

October 4 to 7 - Plaza Suite:

October 21 to 29 - She Stoops To Conquer or the Mistakes Of A Night:
This festival of fast-moving fun was, like so many of The Stables' favourite plays, written by an Irishman.  As an outsider, Goldsmith was well placed to define our most contradictory national characteristics: a love of practical jokes on the one hand, and on the other a respect for measured, reasonable and civilized behaviour.

November 10, 11, 15, 18 at 7.30pm, and November 19 at 3pm - Kindertransport:
This fascinating and moving play takes place in a junk room, where a daughter discovers her mother's past as she searches for things to take with her when she leaves home.  As these secrets unfold, we watch the effect the discovery has on their relationship.

November 12, 16, 17, 19 at 7.30pm, and November 13 at 3pm (Remembrance Sunday) - Not About Heroes:
In 1917 two young poets met at Craiglockhart, a hospital for shell-shocked officers.  Not About Heroes traces the intimate friendship that developed between Wilfred Owen and Siegfried Sassoon over the pivotal year of their lives-from their first meeting, through each man's brave return to the front.

November 12 to December 18 - End of Year Show:
The success of last year's end of year show looks set to be repeated, and with the proximity of Christmas in mind we aim to suit all budgets and tastes. In this year's show the artists include Jane Beacham, Jan Erb, Roy Bugden, Jillian Eldridge, Rod Harman, Mathew Button, Helen Hunt and Lindsey Zervakis.
