Lark in the Park

Hundreds of relieved mums and dads found a great way to entertain the kids this August.

The Council-organised Play in the Park events were a roaring success, thanks to the hard work of the Play Development team.

A huge range of activities was on offer in Alexandra Park, from tree climbing to arts and crafts and best of all, it was totally free.

Play in the Park, supported by the Hastings and St Leonards Play Forum, also featured stalls with information on anything from fostering to the Council’s Passport to Leisure scheme.

Many families enjoy activities in the park
