Coastal Currents

We are now into the second month of the popular contemporary visual arts festival, Coastal Currents.

The festival runs right along the oastline from Bexhill to Folkestone and includes inland rural towns and villages in Shepway and Rother.

The festival, now in its third year, aims to raise the profile of local artists, celebrates our coastal culture and offers greater access to the working processes of artists.

The festival has three main strands - exhibitions and commissions, open studios and artist led events and educational projects.

We've summed up the highlights of the last two weeks for you so that you don't miss out!
