Vote by Post

A new rolling register has been introduced which means that the electoral register can be updated every month instead of annually.

All you have to do is to fill in a form and hand it in to the Electoral Registration Officer. The forms can be picked up at the Hastings Information Centre and the Town Hall.

Another change to the voting system includes the opportunity for anyone to vote by post. All restrictions on postal votes have now been dropped. Residents will have to fill in a form and decide whether they want to vote by post permanently or for this year only.

If you are not sure if your details are on the Electoral Register you can check them at the Town Hall, Queens Road, or contact Peter Rapley on 781721.
