Parking Services are now responsible for the clamping and removal of untaxed and abandoned vehicles from the streets and open spaces of Hastings and St Leonards.
A dedicated Enforcement Team have been employed and will patrol the Borough every weekday, acting upon information provided by the Public, Parking Attendants and Environmental Enforcement Officers.

The information you provide will be placed onto a database and passed to the Enforcement team on the next working day. Normally, we would expect to visit the site that day and make an immediate decision on removal, which will occur immediately, or within 24 hours, or depending on the condition of the vehicle.
If an untaxed vehicle is being driven it may not be in the place you have described, when the enforcement team visit. If this is the case, you may need to contact us again if the problem persists.
